Our lead trainer David Bradford is a former QUT Lecturer with 34 years experience in the Human Services Industry. He has been Director of 3 state government training colleges (Child Safety, Communities and Health) and has a keen understanding of workforce development. Our trainers have provided transformational learning to our clients through context alised, insightful and energetic presentations and expert staff development activities. This diverse and talented team bring insight and experience to the classroom with significant impact. David is experienced in leading training teams to deliver a wide range of training to large numbers of staff across diverse and wide geographical areas. We cover every state and territory.

Sandra Ehlers

Sandra has been a foster carer for over a decade, in that time she has had over 30 children aged from 4 days to 11 years in her care. Sandra started working in a voluntary role in 2016 for FCQ as a Foster care advocacy and support Delegate, QFKC as a FAST rep and now holds a position on the QFKC management committee. 

Along with a history of training staff within the beauty industry, Sandra also holds qualifications within the community services sector to add to this lived experience. Sandra has the passion and wants to make a difference in the lives of traumatized and vulnerable young people.

Brett Barber

Brett Barber is an A/Inspector with the Queensland Police Service with more than 27 years of service in Queensland. 

Brett has provided leadership in areas such as child protection & juvenile justice and taskforce Argos. As well as the Royal Commission of Child Protection 2012. 

Brett received and Australia Day Award for his services to the Redcliffe Community as Detective Senior Sergeant and IOC of the Redcliffe Child Protection Investigation Unit. Brett holds a Diploma of Policing, Cert IV TAE, Graduate Certificate in Police Management, Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership.
